Question: TOPO! Explorer won't let me activate my account. What do I do?

Answer:

1. After you've created an account, you will be sent an activation code via email to the email address provided on the form.
*Note: This activation email can be caught by your spam filters. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spambox.

2. Click the link in your activation email.
*If you have difficulty finding the link or close the browser window, visit www.topo.com and enter your email address and password as you normally would. The first time you login, you'll be prompted to activate your new account.

3. Enter in your activation code exactly as it was sent to you.
*The code is case sensitive. Be aware of zeros '0's and letter 'O's as this can lead to an invalid activation.
