Question: How do I retrieve a lost account password for the TOPO! Explorer website. (It also pertains to the desktop application login)

Answer:

1. Navigate to the topo.com and click the "sign-in" button on the top-right portion of the screen.

2. On the following page select the option to "Reset" your forgotten password.

3. An email will be sent to your default account email. Be sure to check your spam box as these type of emails are routinely caught by these filters.

4. Follow the directions supplied with your password reset email to change your password to something new.
