Question: My printed maps are blank white within the map's neatline frame. What do I do?

Answer:

Here's a suggested workaround if printed maps don't show the map itself, but only blank white inside the neatline frame (coordinates, scale, Nat Geo logo etc print OK):

A workaround that may fix this problem is to make sure that the map you're printing is centered on the screen when you click the Print button. To do this, click in the middle of the red X on the Print Options pane to the right of the map window, and then click 'Print'. If this still results in a blank white map, try toggling the Print/Export button on the toolbar off and then on again, and then click the Print button without moving or panning the map.
